Is this diet plan ok to maintain muscle and lose fat?

I'm cutting weight on a budget and wanted to know what you guys think about this diet plan and like I said I'm on a budget so I eat the same food everyday and only 3 meals and two snacks. I'm 22 5"9 215lbs 16%bf also I'm trying to get down to 7%bf and be around 180

Meal one-8 oz for ground turkey and 2 cups of mixed stem veggies.

Meal two-8 oz chicken breast and 2 cups veggies

Meal three- 8 oz chicken breast or fish with one cup of black beans and 3 cups of salad with no dressing

Snack1-diet Coke and pickle and peppers and cucumber mix

Snack2- 2 cups of milk and two scoops of protein powder
 
It looks pretty clean but a little low on calories, especially if you work out. I'm guessing there's about 2,000 calories in there, I'd like to see you around 2,500 calories if possible so you don't lose too much muscle during the cut. You're probably just a few hundred calories short imo.
