This happens to me every few weeks I get sore on my right "shoulder" I will now describe the area.
Standing with arms down at side.
Point to the armpit.
1 inch above that
from there...to about 2 inches to the right of that (towards the deltoid)
Seems to be what connects the pec to the deltoid or something.
Is this sore muscles or is that joint pain or what. A massage makes it feel "good" like its something that need to be worked out but being inbetween two areas makes me think maybe its like maybe its an injury.
What do you think?
I've been training through it (seems to go away after awhile, at least so far it has) and icing when it flares up.
