I know how to train. Ive trained with sponsored bodybuilders, i used to. Be 74kg, i gained 15kg in a few months by my diet, but i just want that extra size.
do you want to risk destroying your natural test production for life? do you want to risk your health and vital organs?
look get your diet dialed in again for your new weight. switch up your routine. squat big, deadlift big and just go for it. give it about 4-5 years... you should put on a ton more muscle and learn a lot about diet/training and reach your natural potential. then you can come back and think about your first cycle.
