I think there is an on line blue book you can use to determine list price of used cars. I would check that and then see if you are below it. Sounds steep for a 8 y/o car, but I don't know about these things.

is it an Integra or EL ? Two very different things. If it's an EL, then it's a ripoff. Teg, depends if it's a GS, Type-R blah blah blah....
