I am currently doing 50 minutes in the AM on an empty stomach and 50 minutes at night 5 to 6 times a week. Training with weights one bodypart per day. in the AM as well 4-5 days a week. I am really looking to get cut. I am cycling clen 2 weeks with ECA 2 weeks as well. Diet is good..high protein, low carbs. Any help is appreciated.
