I would say either seniority or put it to a vote from the members. doing it by k isn't legit and while seniority is more legit, it doesn't take into consideration personality and leadership ability. also, we are gonna need to make sure everyone is 100% or they will fall a few ranks and there will be a ceiling for them

ceiling is that they can't ever be made. they can be our street guys, our earners, but can never be made unless their blood is pure. 100% both sides.
