I don't get that image any more after I blocked it with the new features in Opera 9.

Hammy, I recall you're using Firefox. In Preferences->Content, you can add www.elitefitness.com to the list of Exceptions/blocked sites for loading images. It'll unfortunately stop all EF images, though, which can be a tad drastic.

Opera offers some fine control. I'll take a look to see whether Firefox has more control through an ini file.
