Is there a problem with this scenario>>>?

Last night I started my carb up phase for the coming week. I ended up eatiing a medium sized cheese pizza. Lots of protein + lots of carbs (approx 200g).

This morning I thought I would have been kicked out of ketosis. However the Ketostix still indicated that I had a moderate amount of ketones in my urine.

How many carbs do i have to eat before I get kicked out of ketosis for the carb up?

You can carb up without eating junk food. Im sure your body came out of ketosis......I dont see anyway it coulcnt have. Just load carbs once a week, no more than twice a week, regardless of what the sticks say.
