Is their anything im missing here? test e cycle

Alright so im planning on starting my first cycle of test e starting the end of jan.

im 21 been lifting 4 years, seriously for 2, 6'4 205lbs, 16-18%bf.
nutrition intake:
3400 calories
310g carbs
90g fats
320g protein

so
test e
1-12..250mg twice a week
14...nolva 40
15..... 40
16......20
17.... 20


now would this be alright or should i throw the HCG in there to?
sorry if im missing something im at work right now :)

Step 1 throw your nolva in the trash where it belongs. Its shit and its unhealthy.

Step 2 there are about a thousand threads here on proper PCT and a PCT forum even. Get reading.

Step 3 your 6'4" 205 but up to 18% bf????? You have to be seriously out of shape. 4 years lifting and your 205 at that BF%? Post a pic or two.


How bout 250mg test E once a week. Why? Because you'll gain the same on it as 500 for a first cycle. I did it. So do a million others. More isnt better and you dont need 500mg wk. Where you going with cycle #2...750mg? Its not necessary.

No talk of having an AI on hand either?
 
You're a little young and light to be juicing yet in my opinion...

You also didn't list an aromatose inhibitor, and your pct is god awful.

Check out our pct section, you'll see what I mean. The best pct for a test cycle is:

DAA 3/3/3/3 (grams)
Clomid 25/25/25/25 (mg's)
Post cycle/ unleashed
Forma stanozol
 
Also....with your stats...unless you started at about 150 lb even after 2 yrs of "serious" training I imagine your training is suspect. Quality and intensity. Which is common becaue a lot of guys dont truly "get it". Thats not to sound insulting its just what generally happens. I would also post your split here and in the training forum so it can be analyzed.

Yep. I agree. You have no where near enough base to justify AAS.

Agree, you have a lot of building to do before you sauce it up bud. Kill it in the gym, eat clean...but like a beast...size and solid base will come from there.
 
BTC and Bigbass hit it dead on.....stick around and get the diet & training in check, the jucie will be there down the road when it's a better time...

How 'bout posting diet & training routine?
