i work out a little but not hardcore liek most of you so test ill improve my strength on the gym but this is more for improving my endurance and time is test ideal for this? I'm talking about adding 2 extra miles on my run plus improving my time. what do you guys think? test prop more ideal for this? and shpould it be lw dose since its more for what i mentioned instead of BB?

I am not sure about the test, but you have to be careful adding distance and increasing speed with your run.
Your muscles may not gain as fast as your endurance (heart, lungs and mind) increase. I would always get shin splints and other leg problems when I upped my cardio to quickly. Shin splints include muscles, ligaments and tendons – not just bone spurs or tiny fractures.

The test will allow you to recover quicker, so that is a plus. That is more pronounced with weight lifting then running, but it is something to consider.

i cant speak for everyone, but test fucked my endurance
my body wasnt used to having to lug around 20 extra lbs of me

for me my endurance didnt grow as fast as my muscle, and i dont know what the other guy said but i cant imagine that your endurance would increase while your body mass was at the same time??

you should add an aromatase inhibitor to keep water retention and BP down. I get painful calve cramps on test if I don't use adex or letro.

Your hematocrit will increase whihc is red blood cell count, this is not always good and most often is bad your body has thicker blood to pump and more weight to lug also your other levels hemoglobin etc will not increase proportionally, bottom line is that if you train and eat properly it sure will but watch the dose as the c/b ratio is the important factor here
