Is my Primo legit?

I got some 2ml primo amps. They are clear amps with green writing. There are no lines or dots on the head of the amp but there is a mark to cut it open. Its a small line etched in it. I tried scrating the writing off the amp with a key but it didn't come out. Back of the amp says

LABO.FALKUWE-GMBH
E.E.C. ISDN 199 16
1999/06 exp 2002/06

That also didn't come out when I tried scratcing it with a key and it was the same green writing.

Are they real? Thanks guys!

Also does Primo really go bad after 2002/06? or can I still use it for the next few months?

Post a pic if you can but they sound good.....they should be good after the exp date if stored correctly....
