You forgot the apostrophe in I'd and there should be a period after grammar. Also, the first letter of each sentence should be capitalized. Let’s not get started on the passive voice!

My teeth r perfect.. i find that ppl r always looking for fault in ppl.

I guess he cant complain about my teeth so he mite as well look for fault in my spelling and grammar..
