How come the egg yolk is loaded with cholestrol but broiled or grilled chicken isn't? WTF happened to the cholestrol!

depends on the rest of your diet and your exercise regime. the fat can be handled via aerobics and keeping total cals down, while cholesterol is fine so long as your liver works, since dietary cholesterol isnt the primary determinant of high cholesterol values
