Ive been lifting 6 on 1 off for about a month now. People tell me that its stupid for me to do it, but im getting great strength gains and cuts. Plus my body hasn't been all sore or tired from it.
so is it just wrong for some people or what???
im 22, weigh 174, 6'1

fri - chest tri's
sat - back bi's
sun - legs shoulders
mondays always off
