That is such an important point and I don't think it can be emphasized enough... esepcially to most of the people who frequent the anabolic board who think that weighing over 220 makes you somehow a more accomplished athlete. Bodyweight is such in idiotic means of gauging progress/gains/size/etc.... There are so many more factors.
It really reminds me of how my Mom called me all freaked out about my little sister because the school nurse called her, concerned about my sister's "weight." She's 12 years old, thick (definitely not someone you would describe as fat), and can bench more than most college girls I know. The girls has got a lot of muscle. But, because the school nurse failed to take notice of this, and merely measured her bullshit BMI, she deduced that my sister has a weight problem.
I'm 5'9" with relatively low bodyfat and I weigh around 170 - 180. Never once has anyone ever guessed that I weighed below 200lbs.
