Bro, thats Spatts? Then why are you in disbelief? She has never lied to anyone. MANY a member has trained with her, seen pics, clips, etc. I thought you posted pics of a bodybuilder. Spatts isn't a bodybuilder. She has a huge back, and you can see by the pic you posted, that her quads are, as I said before, great.

I really don't know why you would think she is lying about her stats... ? :/
