Is it possible to lose weight on test E?

Here's the deal, I'm 35, 6'2" 245, 18-20% BF. I'm trying to get to 230lbs. I have a bottle of test e, and was thinking about starting @ 450mg/wk for 10 weeks, begining in about two months after I continue dieting and doing cardio/cardio weight training. My goal is to become leaner while still progressing to my goal of 230lbs. I know there's better "cutting" gear, but this is what I have. Any suggesstions, in terms of ancillary products, to help me achieve a leaner, somewhat lighter body with test e? Also, nutritionally, what are the implications of doing test e., while restricting calories? Anyfeed back is appreciated.
 
Sure you can. But dont call it loosing weight. Just call it fat loss.

Absolutely is right! I eat really good, and train really hard and I've noticed that I have dropped a couple% in body fat while still the same weight. I use 500mg of Test E, 50mg of Proviron and 80mg of Var and I'm on week 8.

scout hit the nail on the head.....even on androl you could lose weight, as long as some kind of AI was ran with it of course. diet diet diet
 
I know alot of guys who only use test and maybe some d-bol to kick start the cycle. you can definetly cut on test as long as your diet's in order!

You can even lose fat on Dbol. Any steroid that boosts your muscle mass will make you lose fat. All steroids boost your muscle mass that means all of them will be good to burn fat.

assuming your diet and cardio/training in order, test will help minimize muscle loss in times of calorie deficits
 
most deffinitly, and if your taking high doses of test the fat loss is really pronounced. im an ectomorph and always gain weight easy, but this cycle im just getting leaner and stronger. my weight has only gone up 5lbs. im even taking weight gainer to up my cal intake an extra 3 k and im not getting fat.
 
Eact clean and use an AI and heck YEAH! :)

a study showed that 600 mgs a week showed SIGNIFICANT fat mass loss, and of course increase in muscle mass

of course the results are a bit skewed do to the increase of Muscle but still :)
 
alright, im loving this post. so when is the best time to do cardio in this case and for how long. Im so scared of losing muscle that I onlt run 45 min 2x per week and lift 4. Im eating around 4000 cals per day. cycle is test-e 300 e3d.

When dieting hard u almost always lose muscle, and your workouts suck adding in the test takes that part out. You can keep your muscle if not add more and diet pretty damn hard. good luck let us know how it goes.

Im on 300mg test400/ 300mg EQ 2x week.. My diet is clean as hell, also around 2500 cal. 310 protein,, 200 carb,, 50 fat.. I'm 205, about 12% right now. 35 yrs old..Mon. Wed. Fri. I do 45 min med. pace on stairmaster,,Tuesday, Thursday I do 45 min interval training on treadmill, and Sat, (leg day) I walk at Med pace on treadmill at no incline for 60 min.. I've been doing this for 4 weeks now and have noticed great results..I do my cardio in the am. on empty stomach,except my ECA..In my opinion, you eating 4000 cal per day and taking 600mg test per week,,you won't lose muscle..
 
will i gain too much fat though? should i try to eat even cleaner and cut it back to 3000? right now i eat alot of red meat. i could probably go straight turkey and chicken xcept cheat meals. and dude, thats alot of fucking cardio.

I'd cut it back a bit if it were me,, and I would also drop the read meat just to keep my saturated fats way down..I do supplement with udo's and natural peanut butter every day.... I like to look lean and taking the test I'm worried about bloating a bit,,I am taking 1mg arimidex per day and may cut cardio back a bit if I dont notice any sides..but the cardio makes me feel good.
 
i just completed 45 min run w/ eca and I know what you mean. I would have to wake up at 6am run, rest, lift at 10, and go to work @ 12 if I cardio every day.This is my first cycle so its time to suck that shit up and make it count I guess. I do natty pb too. i put 4T in a shake every day. I have been thinking about cutting those calories cause I have felt bloated the past few mornings.
