of course to gain weight i put on a bit of fat at the same time, i know that.
but i think that its possible to stay quite tight around the midsection even if u gain, if u watch your cal intake.
the thing is, im right now try to cut a few lbs. im weighting around 87 kg, my diet is 2800 cals a day.
50% protein 30% carbs 20 % fat.
im not fat, i can see a "4 pack" when i flex my abs, but dont know my bf.
yesterday i maybe ate 3000 cals, had a tablesponn peautbutter.
but when i weighted me this moring i had gone up 0,3 kg! wtf.
do i have the worst genetics ever to burn fat and stay that way, even on a cutting diet or what?
i thought i had good genetics, hate this.
