Fuck no bro, whey protein digests too quickly for your body to use it well (except at times when your body needs protein badly like postworkout). Generally the slower protein digests, the better your body uses it so eat chicken or turkey or something like that instead. Your body has to break it down first which is why it digests a lot slower. I used to drink 4 whey shakes a day back when I was a teenage n00b and I used to shit all of it out like crazy. It went to waste.
