Is it ok to drink 3 Whey protein drinks per day?

And kinda use it in between your Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner as small meal replacements? Worried I am not getting enough protein with my weight training program.
 
it is ideal to get 2g protein per lb of bw per day split between 6 or more meals. drink wkole milk between meals to add protein. if you still need more ass protein to the milk. shakes are best left for post w/o and maybe with breakfast.
 
Well thats what I do I add my ON Whey Gold Standard protein to Non-Fat milk instead of water. I try to just take it pre and post workout like you mentioned but sometimes I feel I didn't get enough protein that day I will drink an extra Whey protein drink just wasnt sure if drinking too much is bad.
 
Fuck no bro, whey protein digests too quickly for your body to use it well (except at times when your body needs protein badly like postworkout). Generally the slower protein digests, the better your body uses it so eat chicken or turkey or something like that instead. Your body has to break it down first which is why it digests a lot slower. I used to drink 4 whey shakes a day back when I was a teenage n00b and I used to shit all of it out like crazy. It went to waste.
