Thats an easy one bro, creatine, glutamine and synthol.

I am a newbie to this site and would just like to thank everyone that has responded to my questions. Without sites like this one, there would be no answers to some of the questions I have concerns over. Keep it up , newbies and veterns of EF!

To add onto this...the reason so many of us did AAS the WRONG way 10 years ago is a direct result of there being no sources of information about the RIGHT way.

I too have noticed the dumb ass question but I try and keep my shity remarks to minimum.....though at times its difficult, I have to remind myself that I also do some stupid shit and dumb ass shit sometimes!

I'm a newbie by most standards. I found this board about 3 months ago and was elated. I've been in the gym and fitness business for going on 12 years now, and have been using gear for almost as long. It's not so much the newbies that bother me, but more directly the dumb questions that pop up from time to time. You can't fault someone for wanting to learn, but at the same time...AAS isn't a topic that you can take lightly. .

Great post! Not a newbie to the site, but definitely a newbie to AAS, and I must say that while the "newbies" that have posted on this thread make some good points, Superdawgy hit the nail on the head:

My advice is this: If you are undereducated on the use of any anabolic/androgenic compound and look to learn more...listen first, talk second. You don't walk into a freshman biology class and start asking the prof questions about nuclear physics in the first 5 minutes. This is no different, learn what you can by paying attention and researching, then ask educated questions that don't make you look like a dumb ass.

I do a lot of reading and very little posting (on the AAS forum) right now because there is soooo much info currently on the boards and in the archives. Once my understanding and knowledge is on par to ask more advanced and/or specific questions, then I'll ask.....I think the experiences and knowledge of veteran bodybuildes/users can much better serve me in this way. All the basics have been pretty much layed out, you just have to read.

That being said, to the veterans: for those that (innocently enough) ask questions that you may deem "stupid" or "repetitive", a link or a point in the right direction would be much much more helpful than a smart ass comment. It would probably take less time than coming up with a creative insult as well. And to the newbies: give the veterans a break....at least show that your worthy of their time and consideration by researching the basics.

To be honest, I think a lot of people treat newbies to the board differently than the more experienced members. I know I'm probably guilty to the same thing on other boards where I am more of a well-known member, but that doesn't mean it's right. I know I've started a few threads in this forum, and they've all been perfectly valid questions, but I get maybe 2 people responding if I'm lucky.

All I'm saying is that just because someone is new to the board, doesn't mean they lack the knowledge that you possess or that they have less experience than you...it simply means they haven't been a member of the board as long.

Your reminding me of Division. Him on Halo...man! Does he get pissed off at anybodies posts. But off...I think he's off now. Well...he seems really likeable now.
