Is IP Anadrol any good?

Androl is usually a pretty expensive drug, but I can get this IP stuff for $2 per 50mg tab. Is it as effective as other brands of anadrol or is it under dosed? How many should I take and do I need nolva for a 2 week cycle? What can I expect in 2 weeks? I hear it is pretty harsh so I just wanna do a quick run. Its pretty fast acting isn't it?
