so i would run hcgenerate from week 4 or 5 through to week 12,
then start the hcg week 12 and run that into week 15 (e.g start the pct meds 2 weeks after last sust pin)
does that sound ok seems like quite alot of hcg ?
I may have misread the above post as no punctuation, in that you either reccomened hcgenerate during cycle or during and including last week of cycle ? (not trying to be difficult) and agin is the hcg run just 4 the 1st week of pct or from the last week of cycle into pct (3 weeks)

That is correct. And start the UNLEASHED and POCT-CYCLE one week after the last pin and continue for 2 months for full recovery. USe BRIDGE after that to maintain gains. and maximize progress while off.
