long term goals a bad thing in body building?

Is long term goals attainable in bodybuilding even though your a beginner?

I know bodybuilding is stressful but I always support the fitness lifestyle in a very poisitive way being that it is stressful most of the time.

I feel like somtimes long term goals are sometimes don't feel like there attainable whether its bodybuilding, fitness, or even trying to turn my skinny body into fitness goddess lol... but sometimes I think they are so far out of reach does anyone else feel that way. Rather your a woman or man.

Like buying a house, finding the state we want to live our lives in instead of hoping around, financial goals, Having a family business that we talked about that will work with our fitness lifestyle.

I am home with the kid. He is the bread winner and his job is 600 miles away. He don't love the job he has he only does it cause it makes him good money. He is a good guy. He is also bodybuilding right now. Most of that has been the mainstream of his focus. I don't want to interrupt that, being that I think its positive. But also I think at times its also addictive to him as well. I don't want to add to his fustrations that he has with bodybuilding already.

Do you have advice I never been a nagging wife, I want to express myself without seeming like I am not supportive is all.

I think you're probably an alter just amusing yourself. But if not, I'd say those are very legitimate concerns that need to be discussed. Some people really have no direction, they just get in a comfort zone and are afraid of changes if everything seems alright. That's all I can offer.

your advice dose make sense the comfort zone and being afraid of changes when everything does seem to be alright. Most of the time things are just alright. I think I picked the wrong time to discuss this. Oh my...
