there is my sisters friend that is a total bitch ,and i cused her out on the net .so she called my house and and told my sister that he need to stop cusingand i got on the phone and shetold me that she was going to call the cops and i told her what is the number ill dail it for you.so i get a call from the cops when i was sleeping and my sister told me that the cops were like "your brother is lucky that that girl is not pressing charges other wise he is going to be arrested".

Can the cops arrest me for cusing or for aggrevated assault??

Either your sister is fucking with you about the cops calling, or the cops are fucking with you. The cops always hype things up to try and scare you. The last time I got into some shit, the cops told me I better hope the guy doesn't die at the hospital. He was treated for minor injuries.
