Fish oil is great krill oil is even better. I will soon have both.

Bring on the Krill oil. Blue whales diet is solely on krill, look how fuckin big they are. I rest my case.

fish oils and simular have seriously help keep my cholesterol normal.

Especially the price fish oil has gotten down to, why not take it? I take 10g per day. I def. know it helps with joint inflammation for me.
