Is cream of wheat a good carb for dieting?

mix cream of wheat and cream of rye (i think) hear it give a more complete carb blend. simple as well as very complex.

Cream of wheat is a ok carb for dieting (it's higher on the glycemic scale then oatmeal) but I still reccomend oatmeal... oatmeal is the king of carbs )
