There's absolutely no way i could ever divulge here how I got rid of or at least severely mitigated mine. But it's a myth that heavy weights strains the area so much that hemi's develop. Hemis develop from lack of blood flow to that area. I'm surprised you've got em bino cause you don't have a job where you sit on your ass for 8-9 hours a day. Mine always come back during the school year cause I'm sitting on hard plastic chairs for 6-7 hours a day. They say even one hour of working out a day doesn't offset the amount of hours that the average american sits on his/her ass every day. I bought an inversion table some months back to help with my back problems, I've found it's also helped with the hemi problem and that's because hanging upside down stretches out the hip girdle which increases blood flow to your whole pelvic region.
