Is 2 different types of chocolate considered an "assortment"?

anything with more than 1 option can be considered an assortment. I would not consider this an assortment though.

Didn't pay attention when I purchased a bag of Hershey's Extra Dark Assortment today at K-Mart to discover there's only two types of chocolate:
1) Pure Dark Chocolate
2) Pure Dark Chocolate w/berries and Almonds
wtf???
No. Covettes come in 10 different colors. But, red is the best.
BTW. Did you know Arabian helped a member's sister acheive her dream of owning a red corvette?
