Hey boys, just wanted to say Hi, ive heard alot of good things on about his board. Definetly looking forward to meet all of you great guys!

190lbs give or take a few.
5'11
11%Bodyfat

I've done two cycles so far consisting of
1-10 Test Cyp 250mg/Weekly.. Gained about 22lbs and lost roughly 4-6lbs.

My second cycle consisted of
1-10 Test Cyp 500mg/Weekly..do not remember the gains but alot of size was put on and strength went through the roof.

Nice to see you started out with 250mgs. I did the same. Blew up too.
Shit I could still blow up on 250. I have not taken shit in forever and I have not lifted in almost a year. Still rehabing from an accident and then later tearing up my shoulder.

I am glad that you started with a test only cycle as your first cycle, though I feel you were too young and you could have gained a lot more naturally without it, at 190 - 22 lbs and you're 5'11"

You second cycle was test only so thats good as well...you could still gain a great deal from that

What did your PCT for the test only cycles look like?

How is your diet and what are you goals?

Bro, i am definetly purchasing a plat membership...needto gave me a trial:) awesome guy..

i played it safe..PCT... was hcg..clomid and nolva..and proviorn.. for all of them..

diet was pretty much eat anything..plus 180-200 grams of protein everyday..with protein shakes..and tuna..love tuna.. alot of protein haha..

well right now my goals are to bulk.. get around 220-225..and get ripped.

no bro not get ripped at the same time..i want to bulk around 220-225 and then after that..get ripped after my bulking phase is done..sorry for confusing you


my last cycle was about.. 7-8 months back

my training

monday- chest and bis
tuesday- back and tris
wednesday- shoulders/traps
thursday- legs
friday- alternate through days.

cardio every morning..for 20-25minutes just because i need endurance and stamina.
