No..........vitamin A,D,E and K are fat soluble......B,C,,,,etc are water soluble...........you could probably overdose, but it would take a hell of lot of water soluble vitamins to make that happen........water soluble vitamins are expelled in sweat and urine......fat soluble vitamins take longer to expel and can reach toxic levels with extreme dosages
