I've done a few cycles and this one by far was my "make me or break me" cycle....and so far I'm still kickin'!! I started off running Deca (norma hellas) at 400mg E4D, Karachi Sus at 500mg E4D, 75mg Tren EOD, and 40mg Var ED. The tren and var I only ran for the first 6 weeks so now I'm just livin off the Sus and Deca. I have almost hit my goal weight of 200. I am 5'9 and since my last cycle I've been pretty steady at 183. I've been really focusing on legs but can only do 1 exercise per night so I alternate leg presses Monday supersetted with calf raises, Wednesday is leg extensions supersetted with calf raises, Friday is back to presses and then rest until Monday. My last weigh in was Saturday at 199.7 post workout. Just wanted to share!! Take care bros!!
