I was wondering how does financial aid for school works...

im suppose to be coming out of Canada and be going to school.. in california... looking for some financial help? how does this work? do i apply at a bank down here? or in california? a loan? how does this work?

If you know WHERE u are going to school in Cali, call the school's financial aid office. It's a lil different everywhere but they should be able to help.
