At one point in my life i got to my heaviest point 248lbs and i dieted down to 234lbs. I was stuck there for a while until i found this diet. Im now 220lb since i started in febuary!! Im taking needto gear,oxypro elite, fish oil and O.N. whey protein. I tried other diets like keto and eating six meals a day and my body didn't respond well to anyone of them. My goal of 200lbs before july seems reachable now and my primo,winny with test cycle will be even better. Who here had sucess using IF dieting while taking roids?
 
i changed to IF (16/8 to 18/6 depending on daily schedule) about 2 years ago . ive never juiced but changeing to IF is the best thing ive done . its no magic bullet you still have to watch your macs n cals but it makes life so much easier , 6 meals a day suck's with eating and thinking about food all the time and the constant hunger . but when im bulking i cant manage 4000 cals in my eating window so im more like 12/12 its not really IF'ing but its the results that mater not sticking to rules .
 
Im a big fan of IF myself. It's a great diet/lifestyle for getting and staying lean.
 
IF > all else.

Never used gear on it...but I dont see how you could go wrong.
 
It's the perfect diet when trying to lose some weight. contrary to what some believe losing this weight is a want for me and not a need. I just want to get to 200lbs for a personal goal not for health reasons. I.F. is helping stay focus during training and i still eat really healty during the eating phase of the diet. I eat low carbs, moderate protein and healty fats, almost like a keto diet without the other fats. Holding on to my muscles while dieting is easier with needto gear and working out hard and heavy. I haven't been this low in weight since 2006!!!!
