How after the 521.00 worth of fraudulent charges, Cingular has not contacted me, responded to my emails nor has any of their numbers worked to resolve this. I have never had a problem before, but the numbers they give don''t work on cells or a land line now.
Only around 1600.00 they cost me so far since work has not been able to get ahold of me.
I am in a great mood.

I had problem with my bill and they prorated it after i called and complained they are not bad with customer service, alot better than Nextel


Only thing is the phone sux for reception, i am working on getting a new one now
