Just had a brain wave on the way home from gym... if somebody had gained weight on a HIGH fat diet would it be harder for them to loose the weight than somebody who had gained fat on lets say a high carb diet, as there is 9kcal to 1g of fat vs the 4kcal to 1g of carbs, because in theory there body fat would be more calorie dense, so in effect they would have to burn more kcals to loose body fat? Does this make sense?
