interesting observation

after a couple weeks after i've incorporated speed benching...my reflexes are a lot better and i'm a lot more coordinated and not so sluggish. just thought i'd share..

Here's another interesting observation.

With the proper supplementation, sex with a knothole in a fence becomes a very real possibility. Anyone have a pair of tweezers I can borrow?
