Well, Olympic Lifting coach has officially declared, "Stay away from pec work."

Doing a Tai Chi move for the class I teach - seeing how my arms moved in front, I realize there is some bulk there that may be a problem, so I'm gonna follow orders.

Soooo, may as well make it a little science experiment!!

My pecs, IMO, are not as strong as their size would indicate. Max flat bench dumbell chest press was probably 40# (last time I did chest, benched first, then did DB press with 35# for sets of 6 or so).

I suppose I'll test my max every 2 weeks out of sheer curiosity & document the decline of their strength. :bawling:
 
Is it the actual pecs or the boobs that get in the way? They won't necessarily get weaker as they get smaller, will they? You could just do lower reps ...

It's the PECS, definitely the pecs! ha ha - the boobs do not get in the way of anything - except denying my boyfriend his dreams of having a girlfriend who looks like a stripper!
