Long story short. My friend and I get guys ready for the NFL combine. We put them on these unsustainable 8ish week programs that are basically systematic overtraining. They take 3-4 days off just before the combine and always seem to go out and kick ass.
Here's my question... We got stuck where we had to do two of these 8-weekers back to back. Even with healthy, NFL-wannabe 22-year olds, they are wrecked by the 8th week. My business partner and I did the programs with them... and we're 36 and 37 years old and did two back to back.
During about the 12th week, I started shedding like a dog. I blamed it on the particular combination of AAS I was using. But then... my partner experienced hairloss as well (almost exactly the same degree, too) and he's a rabid anti-AAS guy -- I've known him for 12+ years and he doesn't even toy with the idea of using.
Anyway... has anyone else experienced hairloss doing prolonged "wreck your life" workout routines?
