I'm starting a four week bridge into my next cycle, and I'm using insulin. I started with 2iu the first day, then 4, 6, 8, and now 10iu (this is post-workout only). I shoot it and then wait about 15-20 minutes to see if I "feel" anything. I know this sounds bad, but I stay right where the fuck I am and have 2scoops of phosphagen HP mixed with 20g glutamine
