Been using insulin on and off for 12months now post workout.
Done plenty of research but I keep finding contradictive results on pre-workout insulin and the protocols on doing this...
I literally just want to know a straight forward way with low chances of fucking myself over step by step instructions including time between carbs ect ect so I don't kill myself.
I don't want some crappy advice where you don't use carbs while training or anything stupid like that. Im pretty sensitive to insulin so I'd like some correct information from someone who also done it before!
