I aleady took care of myself twice. I am taking some muscle relaxors that are also suppsoe to make me sleepy yet I am wide dam awake. Oh and since I am on a bitching and mememememe roll my tummy is upset to.

Who else is up and why?

make sure you take muscle relaxers that keep you from getting Delta sleep (where your body ''repairs'' itself and releases growth hormone) Those are the best.

I don't have to work tomorrow, but I'm tired. I'll probably sit here until I begin to fall asleep and then struggle to the bathroom to take my contacts out and brush my teeth.

severe anxiety attacks, cannot sleep.
I slept for 2 hours last night and havent ate in 3 nights now. I am at the stage of babbeling and seeing things

Back when I was 17 years old. But the meds that I was on put me to sleep and my 1st child was a newborn so i had to stop taking them. I am going tuesday to docs to try to get some thing before I snap, might i add I am sooo close to snapping.Needto has been working a lot in the past 2 days so that is not helping much. I am lucky if i stay up until 11 never mind 3 am.

no, she's been available, I hooked up with her twice the first weekend we met. She called me today and emailed me. I've called her once and emailed her twice. So its not like we're not on the same page. My mind just runs at a million miles per hour, plus I'm always hopeful that "the one" is just around the corner.

I have...she was the one that got away
we basically she was just screiwng like 5 other guys while we were together
saddens me because if she had of chose differently things could have been wonderful, it is my biggest regret to date in my life.

Well I went to bed. I layed down and watched fresh prince of bellaire. So I fell asleep at like 4 am.And got up at . This is a big change from my 8-10 hours a night that I needed before.

This shit sucks! It's getting worse. If I go to bed at a decent hour, say 10 or 11pm, I just lay there staring at the ceiling. So I have to wait until my eyelids start dropping and that is usually not until 2 or 3am!
I slept through BOTH my alarms this morning. I got woke up at 10am by a phone call from an employee asking if I was working today. :rolleyes:
