Input Needed: Dropping Bodyfat While Preserving Muscle

I've just finished a bulking cycle and I've gained some fat as well. Since its the summer time I'm looking to drop the extra bodyfat ASAP! The following are the supplements I was going to use. I don't want to burn up any of the muscle I've busted my ass to gain, so please speak up if you see something wrong here. If you see anything that needs tweeking I would greatly appreciate your input. Keep in mind that I am planning on utilizing a keto diet during this period.

Clen - 2 weeks on/off
NYC - 2 weeks on/off
DNP - 200mg/day for 21 days (any supplements that I need to add because of the DNP, please let me know)
T-3 12.5mcg/day (Should I take this out, because I will not be on any AS?)
ALA - 3 grams/day
Liquidex - .25mg/day (maybe .5mg)
Zinc - 30 - 50mg after every meal
Glutamine - 15grams/day
multivitamin
Protein - 1.5 grams/lb of bodyweight (currently I'm at 222lbs.)
Vitamin C - 3000mg/day
Vitamin B - 800mg/day

forget about t-3

i would add some vit-E when running dnp and also magnesium

what order are you planning on running fat burners in? i would start with dnp, it will be most effective when you got the most body-fat to loose plus you want to get through the water retaining period as soon as possible since its not very apealing cosmeticly, after dnp you can start clen and nyc stack

keep your total cals at about 12*bodyweight
 
Serge - Actually, I have 3 200mg amps of primo lying around. I was thinking of including a short 3 week cycle of T-3 when on the primo. Do you still think I should drop the T-3 altogether? Also, I was planning on using the Clen starting in the beginning along with the DNP to deter cortisol from coming off my cycle which ended last week. Do you disagree with this usage of Clen?
 
Yes, drop the t3 - primo is not anywhere near being anabolic enough to preserve muscle while on t3.... Dropping it is in your best interest unless you can get on something like test or fina or the like (even if just for muscle preservation)...

Even when only using 12.5mcg of T-3? I thought BigAndy posted a thread that utilized 12.5 mcg of T-3 and Clen that worked very well. I'm not second guessing you Willy. I posted this on Triedia also for input and I've just gotten mixed responses on the usage of the that amount in my fat-burning cycle. I do appreciate your advice tho.

Huh? Have you ever used T3? I've used up to 50mcg with no steroids and guess what, I didn't lose an ounce of muscle or strength. I don't recommend people try this unless they know what they are doing.

12.5mcg is a great addition to your cycle, it's actually more anabolic than catabolic. It will help you hold on to muscle mass. Save it for the end of your diet when weight loss slows down.

Liquidex at 0.25mg ED is a waste of time, 0.5mg ED at least. If that's too expensive for you, drop the ALA...
