I was going to use dbol, but I was going to try and do as much as I could naturally. Now this is impeding my progress. I cant just rest to let it heal because its not intirely the result of me working out. Working out might have aggrivated it but I think I have a predisposition for shoulder problems. Even when was younger and didn't work out that hard or with alot less weight my shoulder would always bother me. I would rest for very long periods of times and whenever I would try and start working out it would act up again it wouldn't take much to irritate it either.
I dont think its a bone spur I haven't had any injuries proir. I think it might be an impingement. What I think might help is to build up the tendon and build up the muscles around it to tighten my arm. I would like to know steroids are best to do this. I heard GH is best for building collagen. So would a cycle of dbol and GH work pretty good?
