This is a myth. Shooting sustanon more than 2x per week is totally unnecessary. The esters have a cascading effect & keep blood levels more stable than any other test. As soon as the 30mg prop is metabolized, the 60mg phenylprop hits, followed by the 60mg iso & 100mg decanoate. Shooting it eod at lower dosages will actually take longer to reach peak serum levels & be less stable.

while you say its a myth..i have actually seen this in action..the main reason is b/c of the prop in it and you will have to shoot it more often...but i guess its whatever works best for your body

There was a study done that i read in a MD magazine not to long ago that had to do with Sustanon i think the article was called "down with the King" and in the study that they did they found that the test levels elevated within the first few hours and dropped dramatically after only a few days i am totally going from what i remember so this may not be totally on point but i do still have the magazine and i will read up on it again.

How have you seen this in action? Frequent blood tests?

Half life calculations are very easy to do. You can do it for yourself in excel. If you do it you will see that frequent dosing has no real effect.

Ironchief: What you are saying makes sense from the point of view of ester half-lives. Short esters give the initial boost. Then you get a drop where longer esters are being utilised - there are inevitable peaks and troughs as the half-lives of the esters do not increase smoothly. However, if you do it over a longer time period you see that the minimum level associated with longer esters increases. This is why it takes time to feel the effect and it is what ironmahon was talking about.

In my opinion, it seems like yea the test will drop after a couple of days AT FIRST, but who cares about the first week or two? You see gains at around week 3 anyway and thats when the long asting esters are kicking in
