hiya everyone im new to this and need a lil advice i started a 12wk cycle of sustanon and im injecting into the glute

1st week was 250mg (injection went well had abit of pain but nothing too bad)
2st week at 500mg (injection went fine)day after there was a lil pain but the day after that it got alot worser it must take me about 5 mins to get from my flat to my car and sit in the car also it is painful when i walk
im using blue tip needles to inject

any views on this would be helpful

you are doing 0.5mL twice a week = 500mg total.. or you did 250mg one week, and 500mg the second week?

pain is normal bro.. wait till you're at week 6 and it stops hurting and suddenly week 9 you're feeling like its day one again. part of the game.

You will still see results if you only take 1 shot ew. 500mgs will be a painfull ass shot if you only do one inject ew. It better if you shoot twice ew to keep your levels stable.

A couple of questions for ya. How old are you? How long have you been training? Is this your first cycle? It sounds like this is your first cycle. What dose your diet and routine look like? Give us some stats. How tall are you? How much do you weigh? What bf% are you? Answer these questions so more bros will be able to help you out a little bit better.

while this is true, you wont be taking advantage of the short esters in sust...so shooting eod is more ideal

This is a myth. Shooting sustanon more than 2x per week is totally unnecessary. The esters have a cascading effect & keep blood levels more stable than any other test. As soon as the 30mg prop is metabolized, the 60mg phenylprop hits, followed by the 60mg iso & 100mg decanoate. Shooting it eod at lower dosages will actually take longer to reach peak serum levels & be less stable.

Your right i didnt even see that it was Sust that he was taking. YEah shoot eod with sust to take advantage of the shoter esters.
