I have recently started using two different points on my tricep to jab, The side head and rear head.. Could I his the side head on A monday and then the rear on say Thursday on the same arm?

How long does the gear take to disburse from the site?

I know everyone say's not to hit one spot more than once a week but i will be using a different access point so is this ok?

Everybody is different and most gear is different, two sticks in the same arm in one week is too much for me. When I inject, the gear spreads out in at least 24 hours, but that changes also. No guarntee.

I inject in my delts, tris and bis. I can inject once per site per day.

How do you load in the bicep? (area etc). Since you only load in the arms... Have you ever hit a nerve?? If so, where did you load when you hit it?
