injection schedule, 1st wk i frontloaded sust at 1250mgs/wk
wks 2 i shot sust m,w,f(750mgs week)

for certain reasons i missed an injection on monday, today is wednesday, would i be ok to just inject 500mgs today(wednesday) and 250 on friday and keep using the m,w,f, plan?

whats up go hard. dont worry about missing a day, just go ahead and stick yourself. you will be fine. you know u want to anyway. i really don't sweat missing a day unless iam doing suspension or something fast acting.

Even with fast acting shit missing a day isnt too bad, just dont mess around and do a huge dose trying to make up for it. As long as your not missing them all the time its fine(you dont want your hormone levels to be all over).
