Injection area help?

I recently started a cycle of Eq I am taking it every 4 days the first one was in left shoulder the second in the right I need to take the third today can I go back to that shoulder i started on or is it bad to do that it has been 8 days since i did that shoulder. Thanks

yes you can.when I first started thats all I would inject into and I did it up to e3d in the same are.there are plenty of spots on the same arm you can use to...thank god I stoped being a pussy and started doing my legs to.

i've only injected myself twice, once in my delts and once in my quads

quads are cake

aren't there more nerves in the quads than anywhere else? after hearing all of the horror stories i def DON'T want to hit a nerve

I just read the above post "hitting a nerve" never really thought about that but it sounds painfull how do you go about avoiding that?
