Thinking about getting a tat fairly soon (before summer) Would it be sanitary to inject thru it? Im looking at a delt/upper arm tattoo.

Depending on needle size you may ruin the tatoo with scar tissue.

I suggest you wait at least 1-2 mo. before using the site, just to be safe. In fact, after you get the tat. you shouldn't have a problem injecting into the site - remember, scar tissue CAN form but only beneath the skin, so it shouldn't cause you any problems - didn't cause me any that's for sure.

Why would you spend good money on getting ink done, then risk ruining it by injecting in that spot? There is always a chnce of developing an abcess.
But hey, let me know if it works for ya Bro. Because if it does, I'm going to get a Bulls-eye Tatoo on both ass cheeks, then I'll never be off mark while I'm giving myself a glute poke!

It's okay when it's healed...I know of many people that do it.
Even after it heals I would think that injecting right thru the tat might be cause for some problems with the apperance of the tat say you bleed out etc.

no it does nothing to the tatoo....i inject thru the one on my bi all the time
